Trapiche. Say it with me. Tra-pee-chay. Argentina’s largest exported premium wine, grown in the cool wind blowing foothills of the Mendoza region, brought it’s wares to a lunch tasting event this past Monday, flat out beating the stuffing out of any Monday lunch in recent memory. Paired with Hill Country’s finger lickin’ goodness, Malbecs aplenty stood up well against the strong smoky flavors put forth. Continue »
